What are the estimated delivery times?

At the moment, we ship only within the EU. Most orders are delivered within 3–9 business days from our warehouse.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We take pride in the quality of our products, with a return rate of less than 1%.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Tracking details are shared with all customers. If you’re within the EU, you’ll receive your tracking number shortly after placing your order.

Do you deliver door-to-door or to pickup points?

We offer:

  • Door-to-door delivery in Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Slovenia.
  • Pickup point delivery in all other EU countries.

If an item is too large, or if there are no pickup points within a 5 km radius, the order will be delivered door-to-door.

Do you deliver to the USA or the UK?

No. At the moment, we ship within the EU only.

Are the products safe and of high quality?

Yes. We carefully select each product to ensure it meets EU safety standards and is durable and reliable for everyday use.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free. However, depending on your country and the size or weight of the order, local customs or handling fees may apply. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Do you manufacture the products yourselves?

No. We source our products from established EU brands. Some items may also be available directly through our suppliers’ own websites, but our goal is to offer a reliable selection with fast and secure EU-based delivery.
